The last time meditation played a key role in my life was almost 20 years ago.  Though it’s a practice I’ve consistently held in high regard,  I haven’t regularly made space for it, allowing distraction to reign.  Thankfully, I committed to a daily practice several months ago & the result is an illuminated path infused with love, creativity, magic & well-being.  Currently, I’m focused on guided meditations & hypnosis.  This page lists some of my favorites, offering thanks to the beautiful souls who created these tools, with hope it exposes more seekers to their profound work.
